I picked up a box of their apple cider donuts on my last trip and thought, "what if this was a cocktail?"; I have this bottle of spiced rum that has been sitting on my bar for a while (if you have a favorite drink that uses spices rum please send it my way). I thought a daiquiri would be appropriate here.; SAVE this recipe for later and SHARE it with a friend!; Cheers to all the amazing fall treats!; APPLE CIDER DONUT DAIQUIRI; 1-1/2 oz spiced rum; 1 oz apple cider; 1 oz Demerara syrup; 1/2 oz lemon juice; Rim a coupe glass with cinnamon sugar and chill. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into your chilled coupe and enjoy!
