½ ounce triple sec

1 ounce cream of coconut

1/4 ounce simple syrup

graham cracker crumbs

slice of fresh lime

Begin by adding a bit of cream of coconut to the rim of a martini glass. Dip into graham cracker crumbs. Set glass aside.

To a cocktail shaker filled with ice add the vanilla vodka, key lime juice, triple sec, cream of coconut, and simple syrup.

Shake vigorously.

Strain into your prepared martini glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh lime.
