Hot Honey Salmon + Mango Quinoa Salad

Salmon (serves 2):

2 salmon fillet

1 tbsp @traderjoes crunchy chili onion

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp each: smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder

salt & pepper to taste

Mango quinoa salad (serves 2-3)

1 ½ cups cooked quinoa

1 larg mango

1 red bell pepper

1/4 small red onion

1 avocado

1/2 cucumber

1/3 cup chopped cilantro

juice of 1-2 limes

salt & pepper to taste

drizzle of hot honey @naturenates

步骤

Start by seasoning salmon & bake at 450°F for approx. 10-15 minutes

Prepare salad & add salmon once finished

Top with hot honey, cilantro & lime
