I think cilantro lime chicken fell under my radar. I can’t believe this was the first time I’ve made this. The lime and cilantro with all the spices definitely made this sandwich a new one to add to the list.

Fried chicken breast

Dredge the chicken in flour egg then corn flakes and air fry at 285F for 18 to 20 minutes flipping halfway through or till an internal of 165F is reached. 184 calories 40g protein

Cilantro lime sauce

In a pan add 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1/2 cup lime juice, 1tbsp honey, 1tsp cumin, salt and pepper, 3 garlic cloves chopped, 1/2 cup water. Reduce a little over medium heat
