4 whole eggs

6 oz (by volume) Baker’s sugar

4 oz Cognac

2½ oz Coffee liqueur

2½ oz Espresso

12 oz Whole milk

8 oz Heavy cream

Turn blender on low. Add eggs and very slowly add the sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients in order– take your time. Chill in the fridge at least overnight to allow ingredients to combine. Simply pour and serve and top with freshly grated nutmeg.
