Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Ingredients
• 16oz cream cheese (room temp)
• 3 eggs
• 1tbsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
Crust:
• 1 ½ cups (160g) graham cracker crumbs (about 24 squares)
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 4 tablespoons melted butter
Cream Cheese Frosting
• 4oz cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Preparation:
• Blend all ingredients and pour into a 7inch springform cake pan lined with parchment paper and your prepared crust
• Place a baking pan in the bottom rack of the oven with 1 inch water
• Place cheesecake in the middle of the oven
• Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes, cheesecake will be jiggly
• Cool completely at room temperature and then refrigerate for 6 hours before un molding
• Use a hand mixer to combine your frosting ingredients, top your cheesecake and enjoy!
