Trying out one of the internet’s favorite snack, crispy potato balls. They’re so fun to crush with your fingers and they give me hashbrown energy. I made a kewpie furikake mayo on the side for this video but you may dip them in any sauce of your choosing! Enjoy 💛

Crispy Potato Balls Recipe:

3 gold potatoes

4 tbsp cornstarch

2 tbsp parsley

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

neutral cooking oil

parmesan/gruyère cheese

choice of dipping sauce (ranch, furikake kewpie, creamy garlic, etc.)

peel and boil potatoes for 15min or til tender when poking with a fork

mash potatoes til smooth and let cool to touch. mix in cornstarch, parsley, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper together then form into mini ball shaped potatoes

fry at 330F til golden brown, be extremely careful when putting in the potato balls as it can splash back!

let cool on drying rack then plate with more parsley and cheese on top. dip in your choice of sauce. enjoy!
