Raspberry Coconut Fat-Washed Tequila Jungle Bird

1 ½ oz | Coconut Fat-Washed LALO*

25 oz | Campari

1 oz | Pineapple Juice

75 oz | Lime Juice

5 oz | Pineapple Syrup

3 | Fresh Raspberries

I like to follow a general rule of a 4/1 Spirit/Fat ratio. This can always change depending on desired flavor outcome and the intensity/softness of the fat or spirit being used. With this coconut oil, the flavor attached to the tequila very quickly. After I combined my liquids I gave it a quick shake and immediately tossed it in the freezer. Once the oil has completely solidified you can strain through a coffee filter and use right away. :)

Garnish with edible flowers and raspberries if you choose. :)
