10-12 pitted medjool dates 240g
2 Tablespoons PB2 Fit Peanut Butter 12g (mix with 2tbsp water)
2 Tablespoons chopped peanuts 16g
½ cup Nestle Bakers Choice Baking Dark Melts 90g

Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the pitted medjool dates flat on the baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t overlapping.
Spread a bit of the drippy peanut butter on top of each date. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the peanut butter-layered dates.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate melts. This should take around 30 seconds to 1 minute, but be sure to stir every 20 seconds to ensure the chocolate doesn’t burn. Once melted and smooth, drizzle or spread the chocolate mixture over the dates.
Finish by sprinkling a bit of flaky sea salt over the chocolate-covered dates. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until the chocolate has fully set. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
