Black bean/Taro pork ribs 豉汁排骨/芋头排骨

Pork ribs, 豆豉 Chinese black bean, garlic minced ~5 large cloves, spring onion diced, optional fresh red chilli
Condiments: potato starch 生粉 2 tbsp, 生抽 1 tbsp, 耗油 1 tbsp, sugar 1 tsp, white pepper 1 tsp, salt to taste
步骤
1. Soak pork ribs in water until blood drained, then wash clean and drain until dry, add starch to form paste
2. Add heated oil to minced garlic, springonion, black bean and optional chilli and mix until even
3. Add all condiments to ribs, rub in well, refrigerate 1 hour
4. Steam for 30-40 mins (pending amount)
Can add taro if wishing
