Honey Nut Tart

Partially cooked single pie crust (7-10 minutes)

2 cups low-salt mixed nuts chopped

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup butter melted

1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 eggs

1 cup whipped cream

步骤

Heat oven to 375

Spread chopped nuts evenly in pie crust

Combine brown sugar, honey, butter, orange peel, vanilla and eggs

Blend well and pour over nuts

Bake for 25-35 minutes til tart puffs and is golden brown

Cool completely

Serve with whipped cream

Store in refrig
