Easy Cookie Mix

7 3/4 cup all purpose flour

2 1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 cup powdered sugar

4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

In a 4-quart bowl, mix 3 3/4 cup of the flour and remaining ingredients. Stir in remaining 4 cups flour. Store in tightly covered container for up to 3 months.

Use mix to make Christmas Pinwheels, Old-World Jam Rounds, Glazed Peanut Butter Cups, and Gingerbread Bars.
