Coconut Cream Dessert

2 1/2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers

1/2 cup plus 2T butter melted

1/2 gallon soft ice cream

2 packages coconut cream pudding and pie filling mix

1/2 cup cold milk

18-ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed

1/3 cup coconut toasted

步骤

Combine crackers and butter; mix well

Press into 9x13 pan

In mixing bowl, combine ice cream, milk and pudding mixes

Spread over crust

Top with whipped topping and coconut

Cover and freeze for up to two months

Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving
