2 CUPS WATER

1 CUBE CHICKEN BOULLION

1 TBSP BUTTER

14 OZ CAN COCONUT MILK

2 TBSP WHITE SUGAR

1. BRING RICE, WATER, CHICKEN BOULLION, AND BUTTER TO BOIL IN A SAUCEPAN OVER HIGH HEAT.

2. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM-LOW, COVER, AND SIMMER UNTIL THE LIQUID HAS BEEN ABSORBED, ABOUT 20 MINUTES.

3. POUR IN COCONUT MILK AND SUGAR, STIR AND SIMMER UNCOVERED UNTIL THE RICE HAS ABSORBED MOST OF THE COCONUT MILK.
