Equal amount of:

Sliced bell peppers

Sliced yellow onions

Veggie sausage - amount to taste, halved long ways and sliced

2-3 cloves of garlic, sliced

basil, oregano, and various leaf seasonings to taste. Salt and pepper.

步骤

add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to large pan and cook down until all is soft. Add seasonings and veggie sausage. Once cooked, add broth and flour to thicken up.
