Ingredients for 6 bowls ⬇️

Chicken ⬇️

2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 tsp sesame oil

1/2 tbsp salt

1/2 tbsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 large chopped zucchini

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

cook with 1 tsp olive oil

Veggies & egg mixture ⬇️

1 cup frozen peas and carrots

1 large egg

184g egg whites/beaters

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 tsp garlic paste

cook with 1 tsp olive oil

Rice ⬇️

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp sriracha or chili paste

1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

1/4 tsp salt

Yum yum sauce ⬇️

5 tbsp lite mayo

2 tbsp sweet chili

1/2 tsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp water

1 tsp sriracha

air fry 20 minutes, 400 degrees

These can be cooked, portioned, and stored in the refrigerator or freezer. Refrigerator for days or freezer for weeks (to months).

Serve with lite yum yum sauce, sriracha or whatever you like!
