Medium firm tofu 1 box

Condiments: 生抽,糖 1-2 tsp,大料 small piece,葱,料酒,水 (enough to immerse)

步骤

1. Cut tofu into thick rectangular pieces

2. Lightly spray oil in nonstick pan, pan fry until golden

3. Transfer to pot and add condiments

4. Boil for 15-20 mins on low-med flame
