So many of my best performing clients eat this. Often added to porridge or yogurt. It hits fibre and flavonoids in one go. Great for people that struggle with sweet cravings. I tend to add the chow closer to the end these days 🔥

12 x 100 kcal - (3P, 18C, 3F) + 7g fibre

500g diced apple

1kg mixed berries

100g chia seeds

1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

2 tbsp spices (cinnamon, nutmeg …)

200-300 ml of water

You can cook the apple first if you like but I honestly just throw everything in, bring it to a boil, drop the heat then simmer for 30-40 minutes. Then I add the chia towards the end
