My name is Troy and I’ve been working on this page for around 2 years but I’ve only really gotten serious about pursuing it in a broader sense in the last year.

I’ve been in the hospitality industry since I was 16 and I’ve worked in bars specifically for the last ten years. I’ve washed dishes, cooked, baked, hosted, served bartended, managed and most recently done consulting.

My real love has always been photography and filmmaking so I started this as a way to combine my skill sets and interest in a way that would allow be to branch out as I got older.

I was born and raised in Portland Maine but have spent the last 6 years in Boston where I now live with my wife Emily and our dog.

I’m real close to 30 and over the last 2 years I’ve hit some huge milestones. I’ve gotten married, bought my first home and started a whole new career/business doing content creation and consulting for hospitality brands and spaces. It’s been incredible and very stressful.

Despite being a cocktail page I actually don’t drink that much at all these days and when I do I usually have wine. I still love recipe development though!

I love doing this page and creating images and videos for other talented people in the industry. I hope to continue to expand what I’m doing here and focus more on travel and storytelling content around the production and agricultural aspects of the spirit industry.
