20 g of glucose

Combine milk with glucose in a saucepan, heat to 80 degrees Celsius. Then beat with an electric whisk until a stable foam is formed. Carefully put the foam on the Teflon mat and dry at a temperature75 degrees Celsius for about 3 hours. Then let it cool and carefully remove. Store in an airtight container.
