Maple Sausage Casserole

配料

1lb ground sausage

1/4 c maple syrup

1/4 c butter, melted

7 slices potato bread, torn

8oz shred. Cheddar

5 eggs

1 pt half and half

1 tsp salt

Brown sausage, drain, Reduce head and stir in syrup.

Remove from heat.

Spread butter in bottom of 13x9 pan , arrange bread over butter spoon stusage over bread and sprinkle w/cheese.

Blend eggs with half and half and salt. Pour over top.

Cover and chill for 8hr or overnight

Uncover & bake 350 for 40 min.
