Chicken (e.g. drumstick) 1.5kg

2-3 carrots

2-3 potatoes

Bayleaf 2 pc

Malaysian curry seasoning: 田师傅 1 pack

Water 250-500mL (titrate to sauce thickness/spice level)

Coconut milk (can be lite) 250ml (1 can)

步骤

Add curry paste to large pot, stir fry to release aroma

Add chicken, stir fry until lightly browned

Add potato, carrot and bayleaf,continue to stir fry until mixed evenly

Add water til it covers most solid ingredients - boil 15+ mins until cooked through

Add coconut milk then bring to boil
