For this delicious dinner, I cooked some barley, heated up some black beans, and sautéed some broccoli. But this creamy cashew sauce created by Plant Docs is incredible!

Plant Docs creamy cashew sauce,

One cup of unsweetened nut milk,

1/2 cup of soaked raw cashews, drained.

1/2 of a lemon squeezed

1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast.

1/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric.

1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika.

One small garlic clove

1 tablespoon of miso.

1/4 cup of tahini.

Salt and pepper to taste

Purée everything together in a high speed blender and enjoy!
