Creamy Mushroom Udon

Shimeji & Button Mushrooms
1/2 onion
3-4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp soy sauce
500ml full cream milk
1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
Salt, Pepper, Chicken seasoning powder, Sugar
1-2 pack udon noodles
步骤
First, sauté the mushrooms until browned then add butter, soy sauce, onion & garlic. Sauté until its fragrant then add the milk.
Add salt, pepper, chicken seasoning powder & sugar to your liking then add cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens. Lastly, add in the udon noodles and mix until every noodles is coated with the sauce ! Add an egg yolk on top to make the udon more creamy but it’s definitely optional, Enjoy <3
