• Cover and bake in 350 oven for 3 to 4 hours and make sure you don't cook off liq- uid. Jim makes this for sandwiches and uses the au jus or horsy sauce on French bread and serves with cole slaw and chips. For a meal he uses garlic potatoes or makes potatoes. If he makes the mashed he turns the auju into gravy.
