Tuscan Steak Marinade

配料

2 fl oz of red wine vinegar

1 tsp black peppercorns

1 tbsp of dried Italian seasoning

1 tbsp of flaky sea salt

1 pinch of chilli flakes

2 tbsp of fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped (if using dried rosemary use 2 tsp)

1 garlic clove, minced

1 small can of chopped olives

1 lemon, zested

步骤

Whisk all ingredients together. Using a fork poke holes in your favorite cut of steak (I like New Yorks). Place steak on plate and cover all sides with marinade. Marinade for at least 1 hour but you can do overnight. I will sometimes put steaks and marinade in gallon freezer bag if doing overnight in fridge.
