HOW TO MAKE IT

1) Place parchment paper on a cutting board.

2) Remove pits from fresh medjool dates. Place the dates onto the parchment paper, creating a rectangle. Top with a second piece of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to press the dates together.

3) Use a knife to spread peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice) over the dates. Sprinkle roasted peanuts on top. Pour melted chocolate on top of the peanuts. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.

4) Freeze the bark for 20 minutes.

Remove from the freezer. Chop into bits and pieces. Enjoy!
