The Tropic of Thought is the first cocktail I created after sipping the Cucumber & Lemon expression. It’s a sage and pineapple gin swizzle—light, bright, and complex. Extremely refreshing and packed with flavor!

Tropic of Thought

1 ½ oz Empress Cucumber & Lemon Gin

¾ oz Falernum (preferably Velvet Falernum)

1 oz Fresh pineapple juice

¾ oz Fresh lime juice

1 barspoon simple syrup

4–5 sage leaves
