1 cup sugar

¾ cup butter

2 eggs

2 cups flour

½ cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350℉

In a stand mixer, beat sugar and butter until creamy, then add the eggs.

Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda and add them to the mixer.

Shape into 1 inch balls and roll into icing sugar.

Arrange the cookies 4 inches apart on the baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.
