Ingredients

1 box Penne Pasta or Mostaccioli pasta. I like the extra ridges on Penne

1 lb Mild Italian Sausage

28 oz Diced Tomatoes

28 oz Tomato Sauce

1 clove Garlic (Minced)

1 -2 tablespoon Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon Oregano

Ground Pepper (To taste)

2 cups (or more to taste) Mozzarella Cheese or similar

Hướng dẫn

1. Prepare pasta according to the directions.

2. Cook sausage in large skillet, stirring into crumbles. Drain.

3. Add tomatoes, sauce, garlic, seasonings and brown sugar. Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat.

4. Put cooked pasta, Chinese and sauce mixture into casserole dish.

5. Bake covered for 20 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
