Tri Tip Marinade

Soy sauce
Worcestershire
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil
Honey
Whole garlic cloves
Salt, peppe, garlic powder, onion powder
Hướng dẫn
Cut several slits all over meat and stuff with garlic. Put the meat in a Ziploc bag, add marinade ingredients, and massage them around the meat.
Marinate for 2-4 hours
Heat grill and sear each side of tri tip for about 5 minutes. Move meat off direct heat and grill for 30-50 minutes, until temped to 140-160. Transfer to cutting board and tent with foil to rest.
