Bread/Roll Recipe

2 cups of Warm milk
1tbs of yeast (I added 1/2 tsp because I used more milk than needed)
3tbs of sugar
Salt
Butter
Flour
1 egg
tsp of baking powder (Extra fluffy bread)

Warm 2 cups of milk, add 1 tbsp of yeast, 1 egg, 3tbs of sugar and let it sit for 10-15 minutes
Then add 4.5 cups of flour and 1 tsp of salt and combine all ingredients til you get a sticky dough (add 1/2 cup if needed)
Add half stick of butter (room temperatured) and knead until smooth. It’ll feel like it’s getting wet, just keep massaging in the butter until you get a soft dough.
Cover your dough and let it rest for 20 minutes until it fills you bowl.
When removing your dough it will feel fluffy, knead to release bubbles and divide evenly into 8 balls
Work on one by one. Using a rolling pin roll out your dough into an oval and roll it upwards (like cinnamon roll) see video for ex.
Spread butter on your tray and lay down each roll.
Preheat your oven to 350. Cover your buns up and let it sit for 20-30 minutes until it looks BIG.
Afterwards, throw it in your oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. Check on it after 15 minutes bake a little more until it’s golden in color. 😋
Spread butter on the surface of your bread and ENJOY 😋
