1 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat)
1 cup Protein flour (* See notes)
1/4 TSP Salt
1/2 TBSP Baking Powder
1 TSP olive oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup pepperoni (low fat ** See notes)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (low fat ** See notes)

Oven (400°F)
Line a large baking sheet or pizza tray with parchment paper
BOWL
- Protein flour (1 cup)
- Greek yogurt (1 cup)
- Salt (1/4 tsp)
- Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
too thick? add more yogurt. Too thin? add more flour

Shape the dough into smooth ball
Transfer to floured surface
Roll out the dough into a large pizza
Transfer to lined sheet
Brush crust with olive oil (be generous)

SAUCE AND TOPPINGS
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup low fat pepperoni
- 1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese

Bake (20-30 min) (400°F)

One serving is 1/4 of the pizza, which yields at least 35 grams of protein.
* Protein flour is self rising flour with added protein in it. I used the Vetta brand.
** Turkey pepperoni and low fat mozzarella cheese are low in fat and higher in protein than their traditional counterparts.
