Eor the Salad:
3 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
Better Than Your Average Croutons (page
122)
8-10 bacon slices, cooked until crispy and chopped (see bacon tip on page 37) freshly grated parmesan cheese
For the Dressing:
1/2 cup grapeseed oil juice of 1/2 a lemon (approximately 2 - 3 tablespoons)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
3 anchovy fillets
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt cracked pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In the wooden bowl, add the anchovies, salt, and pepper. Mash them up into a paste using, 2 forks.
