MACROS (per serving, 2 servings total)
With 4 tbsp sauce per serving

INGREDIENTS
BURGER SAUCE
⅓ cup light mayo
4 tbsp pickle relish (drained)
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp grated white onion
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp caramelized onions
½ tsp salt
Make the sauce:
Mix everything in a bowl until smooth. Add a splash of water if you want it thinner.
GROUND BEEF
Spray oil
1 lb 93% lean ground beef
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp Worcestershire
3 slices Velveeta
Cook the beef:
Heat a pan on medium-high for 3 minutes.
Add spray oil + add beef in one even layer.
Let it sear undisturbed for 3 minutes for that golden crust.
Season with salt + pepper, flip, then break apart.
Add a splash of beef broth (optional) + Worcestershire.
Lay the cheese slices on top and let them melt into the beef. DO NOT stir.
BUILD YOUR BOWL
4–5 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
¼ cup finely diced white onion
¼ cup dill pickle slices
¼ cup chopped pepperoncinis
¼ cup finely diced tomatoes
3 tbsp burger sauce (or as desired)
Optional) add homemade fries or sweet potatoes if you want more carbs
