I have made these like 4 times and couldn’t get them right but we finally perfected them and they taste even better than they look. You HAVE to try 😍😍😍

Recipe:

6 small low carb tortillas (i used la banderita)

2 fat free cheese slice + 1 tbsp milk

6 oz extra lean ground beef

garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper for seasoning

3 chipotle peppers in adobo, blended

1/2 cup refried beans

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Lettuce

Pico

12 mini tostito rounds

Hướng dẫn

On pan on high heat, cook ground beef with seasonings.

Once ground beef is almost cooked, add in blended chipotle peppers and refried beans.

Melt cheese squares with milk in microwave in 30s increments to create queso dip.

To assemble crunch wrap assemble in order - tortilla, queso, beef, mini Tostito, Greek yogurt, lettuce, pico, then mini Tostito.

Fold and place folded side down on pan on medium heat to seal then flip to toast other side of tortilla.
