Quick Chocolate Mousse

4 room temperature or cold boiled eggs (not hot)

3 to 3.5 tbsp. cocoa powder

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup honey

2 tsp. vanilla extract

Hướng dẫn

Blend together all of the ingredients in a blender. Start with 3 tablespoons cocoa powder first then taste it. If you can smell or taste the egg a bit add another 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder.

Refrigerate for two hours and enjoy!
