High Protein Pizza Quesadilla

230g Egg Whites (or regular eggs)
1 Low Calorie Tortilla/Wrap (Bfree Low Carb High Protein Wraps)
50g Pizza Sauce/Marinara
Oregano, Garlic Powder, Salt, Chilli Flakes (or your choice of seasonings)
40g Mini Pepperoni (Sultan Beef Pepperoni - can be substituted for Turkey pepperoni or regular pepperoni)
45g Low Fat Cheese (Bega 50% Less Fat Grated Cheese)
Important Notes:
Make sure to lightly grease the cooking pan before pouring in the egg whites/eggs to ensure they don’t stick
You can substitute the egg whites by using regular eggs - although doing this will increase the calories as egg whites are basically pure protein (you can’t taste the egg whites)
Make sure to have the heat on LOW or MEDIUM the entire time - if you cook it on high heat it will most likely burn by the time you add the ingredients onto the wrap
