8 slices of white bread

8 eggs

4 cups of milk

1 lb grated cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper

1 lb bacon

Removed crust and cube white bread. Beat eggs and add milk. Add salt & pepper to egg mixture. Pour over bread. Evenly cover with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Cook bacon crisp and crumble. Top egg mixture before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
