2/3 c shortening

3/4 c white sugar

1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 egg

4 tsp. milk

2 c sifted flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

Hướng dẫn

1. Cream shortening, sugar, and vanilla. Add egg. Beat until fluffy.

2. Stir in milk. Soft dry ingredients.

3. Stir in and blend, divide dough in half. Chill 1 hr.

4. On floured surface, roll half to 1/2" thick.

5. Cut into shapes.

6. Bake on cookie sheet at 375° F for 6-8 min.

7. Cool 1 min. Remove from pan.

8. Cool fully before frosting.
