Chicken, Mushroom & Crab (or Lobster) Casserole

1 1/2 c cooked chicken

can crab meat

1/2 c mushrooms (saute first)

3 tbsp butter

3 tbsp flour

2 c chicken broth or 1/2 c white wine

1/2 c cream

egg yolk

Hướng dẫn

Melt butter, stir in flour, blend in broth, thicken.

Season with salt & pepper (to taste - add dill, parsley).

Beat egg yolk in cream & stir into sauce + wine. Do not boil after this! Will curdle!

Add chicken, crab & mushrooms.

Cook about 25 minutes 325.

Can be varied with pear, almonds, shrimp.
