1 box Green Giant Mashed Cauliflower, Nuke pkg

1-1.5 lb. Ground beef

1 tbsp Coconut flour

3/4 c water + 2 tsp~ish beef bouillon

Generous shakes of Penzey's Beef Roast Seasoning

Squirt of ketchup

~1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Dried Rosemary, crushed

Finely Grated Parmesan to sprinkle on top of cauliflower

Hướng dẫn

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

Brown ground beef, mix in seasonings and coconut flour, add frozen veggies, cook through ~5m.

Layer beef & veggies in bottom of square Pyrex pan, top with warmed up mashed cauliflower

Bake for 30m or until golden brown. Broil if desired.
