Peach Baked Brie

This dish takes snacking to a whole other level. It has quickly become a party favorite and I love how easy it is to make!
To make it, add a wheel of Brie cheese to the center of a baking dish. Score the cheese. Surround the cheese with diced peaches. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the peaches and add 1/2 cup of brown sugar on top as well. Drizzle honey on top & bake at 350° for about 20-25 minutes or until the Brie has completely melted and the peaches have started to caramelize. If you are using canned peaches, I would check it at 15-20 minutes.
Serve with buttery toasted bread and enjoy!
