Tightwad Gelatin

Nguyên liệu

1 c boiling liquid

1 c cold liquid

1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin

1 quart frozen berries

Hướng dẫn

Thaw berries and whiz in blender.

Add 2 Tbsp unflavored gelatin and 1/2 c sugar and fill blender with hot water.

Blend, pour in bowl, chill.

Knox blox - double amount of gelatin or add 1 T per cup of liquid
