Apple Cake

4 cups apples cubed

2 cups of sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup oil

2 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups flour

2 teaspoon soda

2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

Frosting:

4 cups powdered sugar

1 1/2 cup Crisco

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 to 5 tablespoons water

Mixed together, the apples in the sugar. Let’s stand.

Mix together the eggs, oil, and vanilla. Sift together, the flower, soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Alternate dry ingredients with apple mix.

Bake at 350° for one hour in a 9 x 13“ greased pan.

Frosting:

Makes ingredients together and spread on top of cooled cake.
