Favorite Cranberry Salad Mold

1 package of raspberry or strawberry gelatin

1 cup hot water

1/2 cup cold water or pineapple juice

1/2 - 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1 – 16 ounce can whole cranberry sauce

1/4 cup chopped nuts

1/2 cup chopped celery

Hướng dẫn

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water and chill until partially thickened. Fold in pineapple, cranberry, nuts, and celery. Pour into a 1 quart mold and chill until firm. This is really good with chicken or turkey.
