Johnny B’s Caesar Dressing

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp anchovy paste

1 tbsp + ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce

4 garlic cloves, minced

½ lemon, juiced

1 tsp lemon zest

1¼ cups parmigiano-reggiano, finely grated

¼ tsp black pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

Adjust seasoning to taste—add more lemon juice for tang or black pepper for a kick!
