660g Chicken Mince (Coles Less Than 2% Fat Chicken Mince)
1 Tsp Salt, 1.5 Tsp Onion & Garlic Powder, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
6 Eggs (can be substituted for egg whites for less calories & more protein)
70g Breadcrumbs (Kelloggs Cornflakes Breadcrumbs - not all of this is used, each chicken patty picked up 8g - 12g. I used 30g in total)
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Whisked Egg (or egg whites)
6 English Muffins (TipTop English Muffins - toasted)
6 Cheddar Cheese Slices (Dairyworks Natural Cheddar Cheese)
120g Light Mayonnaise (20g per muffin - Callowfit Mayo Style Sauce or any fat free/light mayonnaise)

Important Notes:
To reheat remove from foil, microwave on each side for 1 minute & oven bake/air fry at 200C / 400F for 5 - 7 minutes (cut muffin in half to ensure it’s warm in the middle, if not bake for an additional few minutes)
