1/2 cup ketchup

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1/3 cup brown sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup water (as needed for thinning)

Serving ideas:

Taste and adjust:

Cool and store:

Let the sauce cool to room temperature. Transfer to a jar or bottle and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
