Creamy Chicken And Spinach Wrap

- Large flour tortilla shell

- 1 pack of chicken tenderloins (about 2.5 pounds)

- 4 oz shredded Parmesan cheese

- 1 block of cream cheese

Seasonings for the chicken:

- Drizzle of olive oil

- Paprika

- Cajun chicken seasoning

- Pepper

- Italian seasoning

- Kinder's smoked onion seasoning

Other ingredients:

- 1/2 red onion, diced

- 1 large tomato, diced

- Spinach leaves

- Minced garlic (optional)

- Olive oil

Sauce:

- 7 oz La Costena chipotle sauce

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 7 oz mayonnaise (Duke's recommended)

- 3 oz honey

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Hướng dẫn

1. Use a cast iron griddle or pan for optimal chicken browning. Season the chicken with the listed seasonings.

2. Cook on the stovetop over medium to high heat until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Shred the cooked chicken.

4. In the same pan, sauté the diced onion, tomato, and spinach leaves. Optionally, add a small amount of Cajun seasoning to the vegetables.

5. Add the shredded chicken, cream cheese, and shredded Parmesan to the sautéed vegetables. Mix everything together until well combined.

6. Wrap the chicken mixture in a tortilla.

7. Grill the wrap on the stovetop until golden brown and heated through. Enjoy!
